Work – The Process from Start to Finish

Estimate
To schedule an estimate, please call the office at (410) 256-5625 or send us an email. Appointments are generally made within one business day or at your convenience. When our representatives meet with you, we promise a non-commission, no pressure approach. Once your proposal is prepared, it will be mailed to you so that you may take your time to review it.
Deposit and Scheduling
We require a deposit of 1/3 of the estimate total. Upon being selected as your contractor, we will work with you to select products, colors, and more. We will make every effort to meet your needs for these items. Pulaski Roofers will display samples of products and also provide job reference locations so that you may see our work and our products in person. A schedule is usually set for your project within one to three weeks.
Preparation
We respect our customers' property and do not allow delivery trucks or construction dumpsters onto your driveway as these trucks are often too heavy and may cause damage to residential driveways. We promise to make every effort to protect your yard, plants, landscaping, deck, railings, decorations, etc.
All home improvement projects can produce minor vibrations so we encourage you to remove pictures or hangings from your walls and to clear shelving and china cabinets of fragile items and collectibles.

We encourage you to ask questions and offer comments as we work on your home. This open communication creates a positive working relationship. We want to be the business you recommend to your friends and family.
